This is a service provided for high school and college students. Our profile identifies your strengths and weaknesses. This information can be used to identify where you might fit most comfortably in the workplace, what career/job would be the best fit for you.
Staffing Assessment
The Keese Center for Staffing Assessment provides a complete range of services to assist managers and executives in making hiring and promotion decisions with a new degree of confidence. The approach is straight forward and requires virtually no training for the client, as our model is self-explanatory and self-validating.
Training Programs
Our training programs are all based on a proven model of people’s behaviors. We provide each attendee a comprehensive Personal Profile, detailing the individual’s strengths and providing direction toward enhanced personal and professional success. From this solid basis, each program builds skills specific to the program’s objectives and the individual’s needs.
Client Appreciation Programs
At Keese Consulting, we have several programs aimed at helping students transition from education to the workplace or employees transitioning to new jobs. These programs can be given to your high value clients as gifts. A golf bag is nice, but a strong future for their children is better.
